Privacy Policy
The UKCP and BACP requires all its members to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality around everything told to them by clients, and this automatically includes the highest levels of privacy around their data. Therefore I keep the bare minimum of data in accordance with guidelines from the ICO, with whom I am registered. No information or data about a client is shared with anyone else or any other organisation. After a client has ended therapy I am obliged to retain a small amount of information securely for the length of time stipulated by the UKCP, BACP and my professional insurance. After this time has elapsed, all data is destroyed.
