Psychotherapy or Counselling is helpful if you are experiencing an emotional problem that you cannot resolve on your own. You are given a safe and confidential place to talk over your difficulties with someone who is trained to help you and committed to supporting you. Therapy helps you to gain insight into long term patterns of distress, and you are helped to begin the process of change.
Sandra Ballester qualified with the British Autogenic Society (BAS) London in 2001 and is a Registered Member of the BAS. She is a qualified Counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She is also a Registered Trainee Therapist member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). She is bound by the professional and ethical codes of each of these bodies.
